If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, household, or corporate entity, you explicitly warrant and declare that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions in full.

To establish an active member profile, register for diagnostic consultations, or subscribe to any care tier, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority within your governing legal jurisdiction. Minors under the age of 18 may only utilize our Services under the direct supervision, consent, and active management of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to accept full legal and financial responsibility for the minor's activity.

During registration and continuous intake evaluations, you agree to adhere to strict requirements regarding account details and profile maintenance:

• You must provide completely accurate, truthful, current, and verified personal identity, contact information, and medical intake metrics during all platform interactions.
• You are responsible for keeping your profile data, email address, emergency contacts, and active phone numbers current to ensure seamless delivery of vital health guidance.

HealsNaturally reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any user account that contains fraudulent information, duplicate registrations, or compromised security measures without prior liability.

Our primary mission is to empower individuals through evidence-informed lifestyle protocols designed to support preventative well-being and long-term vitality.

While our coaches, nutritionists, and wellness specialists provide tailored guidance based on evidence-based health research, all information rendered across our platform remains informational and advisory in nature. Our Services are intended to support and complement—never replace or supersede—your existing relationship with primary care physicians, specialists, or clinical healthcare providers.

We actively refine, update, and modernize our software tools, content libraries, and service structures. HealsNaturally reserves the absolute right to alter, enhance, temporarily freeze, or permanently discontinue any feature, program module, or consultation service at any time. We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price adjustments, or temporary service interruptions required for technical updates or operational restructuring.

All materials published on our platform—including dietary guidelines, macro calculators, workout blueprints, stress protocols, and advice delivered during direct coaching calls—are created exclusively for educational and preventative lifestyle support. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice, formal clinical diagnosis, or a medical treatment plan.

• Always consult with your primary licensed medical doctor, cardiologist, endocrinologist, or other qualified clinical professional prior to starting any new dietary regimen, intense physical training routine, or nutritional supplementation.
• Never discontinue, delay, or modify any ongoing prescription medications or clinical therapy recommended by your physician based on information or suggestions received through HealsNaturally.
• If you experience acute physical pain, severe breathlessness, chest tightness, allergic reactions, or suspect you are undergoing a life-threatening health emergency, contact emergency medical response teams or visit the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.

Your reliance on any advice or protocol provided by HealsNaturally, its coaches, or platform content is undertaken solely at your own personal risk.

Access to specialized 1-on-1 consultations, long-term health cohorts, and custom care plans requires financial compensation on a recurring subscription or pay-per-service basis. By choosing a paid plan, you grant HealsNaturally and its secure payment processing partners express authorization to bill your selected credit card, debit card, UPI handle, or net banking account for all recurring fees and applicable taxes.

• Pricing Structure & Currency: All service pricing is explicitly detailed on our pricing portal in Indian Rupees (₹) unless localized currency options are selected. Published prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and processing fees where mandated by applicable law.
• Automated Recurring Billing: Subscription tiers renew automatically on the recurring cycle selected during checkout (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Your payment instrument will be charged on the calendar day corresponding to the initiation of your subscription.
• Billing Accuracy: You agree to maintain current, valid, and authorized payment details within your billing dashboard. If a subscription transaction fails due to card expiration or insufficient funds, we reserve the right to pause specialist consultations until full payment is resolved.
• Fee Modifications: HealsNaturally maintains the authority to revise program pricing. Any structural price adjustment will be communicated to active members via email at least thirty (30) days prior to taking effect on their subsequent renewal cycle.

You maintain complete freedom to cancel your active subscription membership at any time through your member account dashboard or by issuing a written request to care@wellsourcehealth.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period, after which it will terminate without further recurring charges.

• 1-on-1 Specialist Consultations: Scheduled video consultations or health assessments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the appointment start time for a 100% refund or full session credit.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Consultations cancelled fewer than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session, or missed entirely due to client absence, will forfeit the session fee to compensate the assigned specialist.
• Subscription Partial Refunds: Payments for past or current partial subscription cycles are non-refundable, except where statutory consumer protection rights require reimbursement. All approved refunds are remitted to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days.

HealsNaturally is committed to cultivating a professional, safe, and supportive environment across all client communication channels, digital community groups, chat tools, and live consultation environments. To maintain the integrity of our platform, you explicitly agree that you shall not engage in any prohibited user conduct:

• Falsify your identity, forge credentials, or provide deceptive health metrics to our coaching team or administrative staff.
• Transmit, post, or communicate any abusive, derogatory, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory language toward our specialists, employees, or fellow community members.
• Attempt to bypass network security, execute automated scraping scripts, reverse engineer software algorithms, or compromise platform source code.
• Distribute malicious software code, trojan viruses, corrupted data files, or spam through our messaging tools or feedback mechanisms.
• Reproduce, resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute custom dietary plans, workout routines, or proprietary PDF guides without prior written authorization from HealsNaturally.

Breach of these conduct standards will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your member account without refund eligibility.

All materials, software architecture, page layouts, brand logos, custom illustrations, text content, video modules, exercise animations, and dietary frameworks visible across HealsNaturally are the exclusive intellectual property of HealsNaturally or its licensed content providers, protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and patent laws.

Subject to your adherence to these Terms, HealsNaturally grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to view, download, and utilize our materials strictly for your personal, non-commercial health management. You acquire no ownership rights, title, or commercial claims over any materials accessed through our platform.

Any unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of our proprietary media without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and may subject the violator to civil and criminal legal action.

We hold the security and privacy of your personal information and health metrics in high regard. All personal health questionnaires, diagnostic inputs, blood panel uploads, and consultation session notes are governed strictly by our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which details our encryption methods, data storage frameworks, and user rights.

By accessing our Services, you grant permission for HealsNaturally to collect, process, store, and utilize your personal metrics in accord with established data security protocols. We enforce strict data handling policies and do not sell, rent, or trade your personal health details to third-party marketing brokers.

These Terms, along with any disputes, operational grievances, or legal claims arising out of or connected to your usage of HealsNaturally Services, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any disagreement or dispute, you agree to first attempt an informal resolution by submitting a detailed written summary of the claim to legal@wellsourcehealth.com. Both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue informally for a minimum period of thirty (30) days from the date of written receipt.

If the dispute remains unresolved following thirty days of informal negotiation, both you and HealsNaturally agree that all formal legal proceedings, litigation, or arbitration shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra, India.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable governing law, HealsNaturally, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and health specialists shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages—including lost profits, data loss, personal injury, health complications, or business interruption—arising from your access to, use of, or inability to access our Services.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is grounded in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if HealsNaturally has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total cumulative liability of HealsNaturally for all claims relating to or arising out of these Terms exceed the total actual amount paid by you to HealsNaturally for Services during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HealsNaturally, its parent entities, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and independent specialists from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, demands, costs, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising directly or indirectly from your breach of these Terms.

This indemnification obligation extends to your violation of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, your misuse of platform consultation tools, or any fraudulent representation made during your intake evaluations. HealsNaturally reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

HealsNaturally shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay, performance failure, or service disruption resulting directly or indirectly from acts or causes beyond its reasonable operational control. Such events include acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, national emergencies, epidemic or pandemic mandates, utility failures, internet grid outages, labor strikes, cyberattacks, or government regulatory actions.

If any individual provision, clause, or sub-section of these Terms is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement. The invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity or legal enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

HealsNaturally maintains the authority to revise, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at our discretion to reflect evolving health offerings, software upgrades, or regulatory updates. When material adjustments are made, we will notify registered members by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy, issuing an email notification, or placing a notice across our primary web portal.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our legal practices. Your continued access to or use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms signifies your binding acceptance of all updated conditions.
